  1. GENERAL TERMS

  3. This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Kaspersky Lab Ltd (further
  4. KL). The enclosed software program AntiViral Toolkit Pro (R) Kaspersky Lab Ltd. 
  5. is an evaluation copy and can be used for HOME users only.
  6.  
  7. PLEASE NOTE: The enclosed copy of AVP is an evaluation copy and doesn't
  8. have all features of commercial version!
  9.  
  10. LICENSE.
  11. KL grants to you the  non-exclusive, non-transferable right to
  12. use enclosed copy of the software program AntiViral Toolkit Pro (AVP) on a
  13. single computer.  KL reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
  14.  
  15. TERM. End-users are granted to use AVP for an year consecutive term.
  16. term starts on the day you purchased AVP and ends one year from that date.
  17. This License shall also be automatically terminated if you breach any of the
  18. terms or conditions.
  19.  
  20. OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE.  You can use the software but you do not become an
  21. owner of AVP.  Ownership and title of AVP at all times is retained by KL
  22. for the original disk(s)  and  any subsequent copies irrespective of the
  23. media or form in which they exist.
  24.  
  25. COPYRIGHT. AVP and any accompanying written materials are copyrighted by
  26. KL. You must produce and include the copyright notice in all back up
  27. copies of AVP. You may not sell, rent or lease AVP.  You may not reverse
  28. engineer, recompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from AVP.
  29.  
  30. ENTIRE LICENSE.
  31. This License sets forth the entire understanding between you and KAMI and
  32. may be amended only in a writing signed by both parties. NO VENDOR,
  33. DISTRIBUTOR, DEALER, RETAILER, SALES PERSON OR OTHER PERSON IS AUTHORIZED
  34. TO MODIFY THIS LICENSE OR TO MAKE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR PROMISE
  35. WHICH IS DIFFERENT THAN, OR IN ADDITION TO, THE REPRESENTATIONS OR PROMISES
  36. OF THIS LICENSE.

  38. LIMITED WARRANTY.  KL disclaims any warranties concerning works of
  39. this evaluation copy. KAMI does not warrant that the software is
  40. error free, identifies all known viruses or may not occasionally report a
  41. virus in a file not infected by that virus.  No liability for consequential
  42. damages.  In no event shall KL or its suppliers be liable for
  43. consequential, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising out of
  44. the performance or use of the AVP, even if KL has been advised of the
  45. possibility of such damages.
